Article marketing has undergone some significant changes in the last couple of years, with Google becoming stricter about ranking sites. Not long ago, there were two alternative strategies if you were an article marketer. Although some article marketers took the path of syndication, which meant producing high quality articles, a larger number focused more on quantity, relying on the directories to get their articles quickly ranked. But now, the latter is no longer a valid form of article marketing, not only that but you really have to focus on providing high quality content with your articles.

You can grab the attention of your readers starting with the title or headline by giving them hard data in the form of numbers. Even though this is nothing new, if you do not know about it then it is new to you. If the numbers in the headline strategy is good enough for magazines, then you know it is worthwhile. It takes a while to get the hang of writing killer article titles, but the effort is worth it. Of course the entire headline or title has to work, too, and it is just not the use of numbers. Many article marketers simply publish single articles and then don't follow up in any way. This isn't very effective, because it's essentially a hit-or-miss approach where you simply hope for a good outcome. To help you see what you can do instead, we'll provide just one possibility. Search for high traffic and well regarded blogs and websites in your niche. You might aim at contributing to such sites regularly; start off by contacting the owner and asking permission to send them a sample article. This will work better if you have a portfolio of quality articles to show them, but most people will be open to at least considering such an offer.

Think about this because it is very different, and we are talking about debating an expert - but not really. There is never a reason to actually do anything like really get a hold of the person. This is not hard to do since you are only creating content centered around an imaginary debate with the person. But still, this is something very rarely seen in places like article directories, and publishing this on your site will provide new and engaging reading.

You cannot afford to have really off days with creating traffic to your site, so you have to do more. Once you take action on this, then you will understand the power of these methods. As with all forms of content publishing, you will need to give this strategy time to work.

Make the decision to be committed, and then always take strong action on these points.
